Capstone Vacant Home Services provide owners the comfort of knowing their home is being monitored to ensure everything is how you left it when you return! Repairs and/or services needed at the property will be managed through Capstone staff. This includes sourcing trusted vendors, coordinating required services, and providing on-site capability when needed.

Water Maintenance

Run water in all faucets, tubs and shower, and flush all toilets. Check the basement, where applicable, for signs of water and salt levels in water softener.
Secure Home
Ensure all doors and windows are locked and all security lights/services are operational. Check ceiling, all doors and windows for any cracks
or damages. Check for signs on bugs or infestation.
Appliances
Both the refrigerator and freezer will be checked to ensure they are working correctly.
Mailbox and Mail
Check the mailbox for any mail/paper that needs to be brought into the home.
